The name is inspired by the phrase ‘a bitter pill to swallow’ which refers to “an unwanted or unpleasant situation that has to be accepted” 

This project focuses on real emotions and stories by people affected by any health-related issue. 
I was diagnosed with type one diabetes in 2010 and this project is really dear to me as I promised myself to share and educate people about this disease. 
The key words for this project are: understanding, awareness and support
